Return and Refund Policy
  1. No Refunds Policy
    We do not offer refunds for products once the order has been successfully delivered unless the product is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. Return Requests
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible to raise a return request within 3 days from the delivery date. To initiate the return process, please contact us at doobarabysg@gmail.com or call 9764608585 with your order details and images of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Inspection and Approval
    Once your return request is received, we will inspect the product to verify the damage or defect. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hotel Chandralok, Off Mumbai-Pune Highway, Lonavla, 410401, 9764608585.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
